Rule one
Never type a real name, birthdate, address, or Social Security number into an AI tool. Write “Client A, 82, post-stroke” instead. Same quality of writing back, none of the risk.
Rule two
Free tools generally learn from what you type. Paid business accounts — about $20 a month — generally do not. If it touches a patient, a child, or money, pay for the tool.

AI writes a draft. You read every word before it goes anywhere. It is confidently wrong sometimes, and yours is the name on the note.
